All donations go to support two current Speaking Place initiatives:
• Training carried out by a locally based team in rural Oaxaca, Mexico, in using video documentation to revitalize the Ayöök language and to teach members of Zapotec, Chontal, and other endangered language communities how to revitalize their own languages using Speaking Place methods.
• Passamaquoddy language teaching and learning in Eastern Maine. Funds are needed for adult classes, materials development, teacher training, and continuing language documentation.
• Gifts for operating support and new project development are also gratefully accepted.
